Joe was extremely helpful and checked in with us a lot. She had her electrolytes off balance the first couple days we were home, and he literally had me call him every 40 minutes so he could provide exact instructions on what to do. Then he recommended we take her to the vet, which we did, and even our vet said all his recommendations were 100% correct. She recovered quickly and is such a sweet and happy girl! They even had me send the vet bill so they can reimburse us!

Everything about this place is completely true! Helpful owners, amazing support. Picking a dog through online photos only is unsettling and these days you cannot trust people. However, Florida Furbabies did everything in an open, honest, and trustful manner. Picked up Sorrento (now Monty) on Saturday, he is a healthy, happy, friendly puppy. They have called to check on him and give you all the information you need. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
