Great experience

Getting my new fur baby here was easy and they are very protective of their pets. They call you every so often the first few months to see how she was doing. Gigi is awesome. (Used to be Gladys) She is the sweetest pup and very comforting. She is registered as a comfort dog now. I will definitely go thru them again if I ever get another baby. The Westie I inherited. Gigi just loves Snow!

The entire process from the day we began to look for the addition to our family, to picking out our puppy, and the communication with Florida Fur Babies has been second to none. As a first time, dog owner, they answered so many questions from us and responded quickly, returned calls, and followed up regularly. Finn has been a blessing for our entire family and now that our adult son is beginning to look for a puppy he will also be going to Florida Fur Babies..

This was my first experience “purchasing” a dog - and online (which made me nervous) but it ended up being a great experience. Florida Fur Babies was responsive during the process, checked up on Birdie (“Chai”) in the weeks after we picked her up, and again on her 1st birthday. I even did a DNA test on her because Birdie is much bigger (12 lbs) than our previous Pomeranian but it confirmed she’s 100% pom as advertised! We love her so much!

I don’t often do review but I feel it is important to write a review for my experience with adding a puppy to our family. My sister and a friend recommended them to me when I started my search. I got a mini golden doodle, her name was Flo but we changed it to Roxy. We have had her for 2 weeks now and she is the most well behaved puppy I have ever had. She is now 12 weeks old. Purchasing her was so easy. Pictures and video helped to see personality and when I saw her I just knew she was a good girl for our family. I was able to pay online and they even offer financing but I didn’t go that route. The staff were great to deal with. They were able to give me all the information I needed and answered any questions I had. Pickup was at their office and they were very efficient she was clean and happy. She smelled so good. I filled out the required paperwork and took her home as a Christmas gift for my 10 and 8 year old daughters. I loved that I received calls on days 1, 3, and 7 after bringing her home to check and see how everything was going and if I had any problems. They also provided me with a number and were sure to tell me to call anytime I needed guidance. We took her to vet for overall check and first shots and vet said she is perfectly healthy and a great pup. I will definitely return to them if we decide to get more pups in the future. I have already recommended them to many strangers when we are out because so many people ask about her.

Love our pet she is healthy and happy with our family. She is a beautiful cavapoo her name is Maya, well behave sweet and soft playful and obedient. Perfect pet for a family! I will love to have even more of this breed
