Q: My puppy poops exclusively outside but continues to struggle with pee accidents on the floor. Sometimes he seems as if he “gets it” and will go in his poo palace other times he just squats & goes on site. It’s random so we are at a loss for how to curb this.

A: This problem usually relates to moving through the three training phases too quickly and or an insufficient reprimand. You with need to go out more often and stay as long as possible. If pad training needs to be part of the plan you have to go back to Phase 2 as described in the “Training with the PupPeePooPalace “ video.
