Doesn’t potty outside

Q: I picked up my puppy on July 3. I have been working on potty training ever since. While she goes on the potty pad, I can't get her to go outside. Ant suggestions? I have watched all the videos on potty training.

A: If outdoor training is the goal the only approach that works in the early stages is to spend as much time outside as possible and stay out with her until she eliminates which creates the opportunity for praise.
