September 30, 2015, 12:19 PM- Q: We are crate training our 8 week old Havanese and have watched the Puppeepoo Palace video, however should the room the puppy is in be shut so she cannot see us or is it okay for her to know we are there?
- A: The initial phases of training she should be unable to see or hear you if that is possible, especially not see you.
