Potty training

Q: We have been attempting to potty train outside only, and not use potty pads. However, she is still going potty in the house! Is it too late in the game to introduce potty pads? She is now 3months old.

A: That would not likely help.  The problem is most likely related to lack of a sufficient and recognizable reprimand, try stepping that up now and significantly at your window for success will be shrinking.
