Pepper as a Chew Deterent
July 24, 2017, 6:58 AM- Q: You mention several commercial products to discourage a dog from biting furniture. What about rubbing something like black pepper? Would that be harmful to the pup?
- A: Black or red pepper is okay in reasonable amounts, even some of the hot sauce products can work well.
