Territorial Clash

Q: I own a pug puppy who is now 10 months old. As far as I can tell, I want to say he is potty trained because he does not poop or pee in my house. However, if he is over at my girlfriend's house (she lives next door), he has recently been pooping on her bed.. She has a dog that sleeps on her bed a lot but her dog and my dog are friends and get along. Any thoughts as to why my dog continues to poop on my girlfriend's bed??? He does not use the bathroom in my house.

A: At that age it is a territorial clash. The first step is simply not to allow him on the bed. That sounds to simple but puppies need a direct answer.
