Q: I've never owned a toy sized dog before and was wondering what is the best collar and harness for a pomsky puppy?

A: For sure start off with a soft woven type collar. You may want to look at a cat colllar or figure 8 harness. Let the puppy wear the collar sporadically while you are around at first and then move toward longer wear intervals and adding a leash.
