Preventive Medication Danger?
November 14, 2023, 2:55 AM- Q: For an otherwise healthy dog, is there an immediate danger if a heartworm prevention (interceptor plus) is accidentally given twice in a month approximately 10 days apart? This was the dog’s prescribed med and dosage but inadvertently given a second time. Dog is 3 years old, no medical conditions and breed is Cavalier.
