When to neuter

March 18, 2014, 4:11 PM
Q: When is the most appropriate age for neutering a puppy?
A: While there has been a trend towards neutering at an earlier age I still feel that if the procedure is timed between 5 and 8 months that it allows better musculoskeletal and body fat balance and still avoids unwanted behavioral tendencies such as territory marking and aggression.
