Changing to dry food
November 9, 2020, 9:31 AM- Q: I am trying to ween my puppy on to hard food,but she doesn’t want to eat. I’ve continued to use mix moist food and or baby food. How do I get her to eat hard food. I’ve tried hand feeding her. Still nit interested.
- A: Usually crushing the dry food in a processor and adding small amounts to the moist food, gradually increase the size of the chunk and the amount over a week or so.
