Vomiting home therapy
February 8, 2022, 4:10 PM- Q: My 8 month old mini golden doodle threw up 3 times yesterday. She had normal bowel movements other than being somewhat orange in color. Her diet hasn’t changed and she has never thrown up before. Her energy level is 8.5/10, and seems basically fine. Is there anything we can give her to calm her tummy or things to watch out for?
- A: You can use Pepto Bismol at 0.5ml per pound body weight 2-3 times a day for 2 days and bland diet like chicken and rice.
