Luxating Patella

Q: It's one knee. We aren't sure what grade yet. We made an appointment with a surgeon next Tuesday. Every couple of days or so we thought she hurt her paw somehow, but it was actually her knee going in and out of socket. Last night it was so bad that she had no energy and could literally not walk.

A: I would suggest that once a grade is established (should be part of your vets exam) and before considering surgery or even a surgeons consult please let me know.
