Repeated vomiting

Q: Intermittent throwing up My puppy has thrown up once during the day over last 4-5 days with an exception of one day in between. I have seen this happens when he ends up eating a piece of paper or some other scrap. Has been teething quite a bit too so sometimes chews side of the wall. The vomit is pale/yellowish in color. Should I be concerned? I have scheduled a vet appointment.
