Handling Vomiting at Home
July 8, 2014, 1:33 PM- Q: Per your advice I gave her the 1.5 Ml Pepto Bismol. How soon can we offer her some food?
- A: If she goes 2 hours without vomiting you could offer 2-3 tablespoons of something bland like chicken and rice, baby food or scrambled egg. If she keeps that down for an hour or so then you can gradually increase the amount. Work back to normal food and quantity by tomorrow mid day.
