Palace training
August 11, 2018, 12:57 PM- Q: My 8 wk old Morkie Emmie will not pee on the pee pad inside of her palace. She will poo but she holds her pee all night. When she wakes up I hold Off about 15 min before letting her out then as soon as she gets out she pees on the floor. I grab her and put her back in and try to get her to finish but she will not pee on the pee pad. I get her out again after a few minutes and she pees again on the carpet. Help.
- A: If pad training is the goal she cannot come out until after she eliminates, this creates the opportunity for praise.
