Q: Do puppies need blood work done before getting neutered?

A: The more we know about your puppy’s overal condition the better and safer we can guide him through anaesthesia and surgery. In young dogs the blood work often does not uncover any serious underlying condition but it may affect our choice of anaesthesia or say that the surgery should be postponed.
