Dog food changes
July 13, 2019, 12:56 PM- Q: I free feed my yorkie who is 8. He eats natural Balance because of allergies. Would it be okay to convert my new puppy to this also? Since I free feed it would be a lot easier to have them on the same food.
- A: I cannot say for sure since I do not know your puppy’s size or age. Generally it is best to use a food balanced for the needs of a puppy until they are close to physical maturity which varies with each breed.
