Q: Dr Ribka, I spoke with you this morning about my new pup and the loose bloody stool. You had told me to give the pup .2ml of the neomyacin but the packaging says .1ml. Just wanted to make sure I heard you correctly on the phone. Thank you for calling me as well. Much appreciated. Sharon

A: For her weight anything from 0.1 to0.2 is fine for neomycin as it has a range of dosage, I would go with 0.2ml twice daily for 5 days.
