The reservation process was fairly easy and the follow up phone calls on the condition of the puppy was great. They seamed to care whether he was a fit for our family. He is super smart, happy and healthy. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because the lifetime insurance policy was vague granted we inquired on some clarity.
