Our experience with Florida Furbabies was very good! We loved the photo of Alpha the minute we saw it on their website and after viewing the video of him, we knew this would be our puppy. We had several questions about Alpha and the whole process at Florida Furbabies so we contacted them multiple times by phone and text and all of our questions were answered right away. Before our scheduled time to pick Alpha up, we received a phone call and email explaining the pick up process, traveling instructions and what to bring with us. The second we were handed our new puppy, we were in love! He was so cute! Before we began our drive home, we took Alpha outside on his leash and he immediately started playing with us. His personality was exactly what we saw in the video of him and what we were wanting. We didn't even change his name because it suited him so well. We received several calls from Florida Furbabies over the next couple of weeks, checking up on him. They answered any questions we had and asked if we had any concerns, which of course we didn't. Everyone at Florida Furbabies was so helpful and made sure we knew we could contact them for any questions or concerns. They truly care about the puppies wellbeing. We couldn't be more happy with our choice of pup or with our experience with Florida Furbabies! Thank you so much!

Well! We can’t explain how pleased we are with our experience with FloridaFurBabies they went above and beyond. We did a fast, last minute decision on bruno and we don’t regret it. Everyone in the team has been very helpful since the beginning until after 3+ weeks that bruno was finally settled home in Germany. First they were on 24/7 to help with questions of our decisions. Plus we got Bruno during after hours of operations because we need it to do some paperwork for bringing him HOME. - FFB helped always with papers/info needed for his flight and always attentive to Bruno’s health. 🙂 Bruno is an amazing pup! He is still learning some things, but since day one we were so amazed on how the behavior of him was. I guess we got the lucky one! No potty training was needed, he been traveling already around Europe 🇮🇹 🇨🇭 🇦🇹 🇩🇪 🇱🇮 and get the attention from everyone, he definitely enjoys to be the spotlight! Bruno is our adventurer dog… thank you for complete our family! 🐾 This fur baby was all we needed. 🥰 danke schön FFB 🇩🇪

The team at Florida Fur Babies is amazing! They helped me in every step of the way, and answered all of my million questions, the pick up was so special, they respect the fact that pickup is such at important moment not only for the puppy but for the family and they let us have a few minutes with him alone, that moment is marked in my heart forever, thanks to Florida fur babies, I get to spend my life with my baby and best friend, I couldn’t imagine my life without him, I am forever thankful! My puppy is very healthy and smart, and he is my entire world, thank you so much!

Florida Fur Babies was nothing but excellent! They were always willing to answer any questions we had during the adoption process and the check in phone calls throughout the first week provided me with so much insight as a first time puppy parent. They really helped guide us in the right direction of raising our little one and reminding me that we are doing great even when I didn’t feel like it myself! I will always recommend Florida Fur Babies for anyone looking for a new addition to their family!
